The Jaufen Pass (German: Jaufenpass; Italian: Passo di Monte Giovo, also Passo Giovo), elevation 2,094 m, is a high mountain pass in South Tyrol, Italy. It connects Meran (Merano) with Sterzing (Vipiteno) on the route toward the Brenner Pass, and is the northernmost pass in the Alps that lies completely within Italy. The pass road is very winding, with many switchbacks.
